Spanish sales risign in the third quarter 2014

Spanish Property sales Market rose 13,5 % in the Third Quarter 2014

Spanish property sales market  rose 13.5% in the third quarter 2014 compared with the same period of 2013,  according to data provided  by the Ministry of Development.

Between July and September a total of 80,136 residential property transactions notarized, the largest number of transactions in the third quarter  since 2010!

After four consecutive quarters of year falls, property transactions were up to 48.5% between January and March this year, which was the greatest historical rise of this indicator, a trend that continued with a rise of 12% in the second quarter .

Despite these increases, the number of sales continues away from the quarterly peak reached in the second quarter of 2006 when real estate transactions reached 251,649 accounting operations.

Is this a good signal for Spanish property market 2015?

Will Spanish property transactions being improving next year?

Questions really difficult to answer.
