Good times for the Rustic land properties market. Catral Town Hall has definitely approved a law which will give CH to any of the properties in Catral which fulfill with determinate requirements and process. The main requirement is, together with others like septic tank, plans, etc, to obtain the cancelation of the eventual fines which are pending on these properties.
The process will be complicate because Valencia is the one who issued the fines on the Catral properties, so, an individual decision from Valencia, or from Catral in representation from Valencia, must be obtained to cancel the fine on the property. For this reason, the process is not a General one, because each case will be different from the others. It may happen that one property may obtain the CH, and the one from the neighbor is refused (for example because there was an extension made later and not legalized, or because the fine has not been cancelled).
So, general rules, are not possible, and each case must be studied carefully and with the proper professional advice from the beginning.
