TLA is pleased to announce that CATRAL Town Hall has definitely approved a law to give CERTIFICATES OF HABITATION to Catral properties.
The CH can be obtained always that:
– Constructions are perfectly registered with all the extensions etc in the deeds+land registry+ SUMA.
– Plans and certificates from architects.
– Installation of septic tank with Total Oxidation System, and with authorization from the Hydrographical Confederation.
– No construction fines, or, eventual fines cancelled and/or expired.
The Town Hall from Catral will study each case individually, confirming that all the documents are in order, and that the constructions are duly registered and there are not any fines pending of them, neither in any of the eventual extensions made.
In order to apply for this CH is necessary that the owners get the previous legal advice on the process.
